Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or engaging with any service offered by The Energy Artist. By booking or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Services

The Energy Artist offers coaching, mentorship, energy healing, tarot readings, activations, reiki attunements, corporate talks and digital products. Full details of each offering are available on the website. I reserve the right to adjust or update my services at any time.

Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment or a deposit (where applicable) is required to secure your booking.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated and are subject to change.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received written confirmation from me.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of the services offered, I do not offer refunds once a programme, session or product has been purchased.

  • If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

  • In exceptional circumstances, cancellations will be handled at my discretion.

  • If I need to cancel a session, I will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, methods and resources provided by The Energy Artist — including but not limited to course materials, session recordings, workbooks, written content and social media content — are my intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or share this content without my express written permission.

Confidentiality

I treat all personal information shared during sessions with complete confidentiality. I ask that you extend the same courtesy to any group container spaces, where the personal sharing of other participants must remain confidential.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions and outcomes.

  • You agree to engage with the work honestly and with an open mind.

  • You acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person.

Limitation of Liability

The Energy Artist is not liable for any loss, damage or harm arising from your use of my services, website or content. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Refund Policy

I want you to feel fully informed before you invest. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the services and digital products offered by The Energy Artist, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds once a programme, session, course or digital product has been purchased or accessed.

This policy exists because significant time, energy and resources go into preparing and delivering my services — and the value is delivered from the moment we begin.

1:1 Sessions

  • Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Changes made within 48 hours of the session may result in the session being forfeited.

  • I will always do my best to accommodate genuine emergencies at my discretion.

Group Programmes & Mentorship

  • No refunds are offered once you have been granted access to programme materials or the group container.

  • If you choose to leave a programme early, no partial refund will be issued.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Reiki Attunements & In-Person Sessions

  • At least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule an in-person appointment.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

If I Cancel

In the rare event that I need to cancel a session or offering, I will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference. This is at my discretion and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
