I’ve never been interested in fitting into boxes.
Not in life. Not in business. Not in spirituality.
From a young age I questioned the rules, challenged assumptions and followed what felt true rather than what was expected. That curiosity eventually led me beyond traditional spirituality and into a much deeper exploration of energy, intuition, identity and human potential.
I became fascinated by one question:
Why do some women seem to access extraordinary opportunities, visibility and impact while others remain stuck recreating the same reality?
What I discovered changed everything. The biggest limitations in our lives are rarely visible. They live beneath the surface. In subconscious patterns. Inherited beliefs. Energetic habits. Outdated identities. Stories repeated so often they begin to feel true. And until we can see them, we continue recreating them.
My own journey began while working full-time and studying energy healing. Within a year I opened my own wellness studio, left my job and stepped fully into work that felt deeply aligned. What started as a local healing practice in Glasgow has since grown into a global business supporting women across Scotland, Ireland, America, Canada, Australia, Dubai and Spain. I’ve spoken internationally, worked with women from all walks of life and helped ambitious leaders step into greater visibility, leadership and impact.
But the most important thing I’ve learned isn’t how to build a business. It’s how to recognise the invisible patterns shaping reality.
Today, I help ambitious women identify the invisible patterns they’ve mistaken for reality so they can stop recreating the same ceilings and access greater visibility, influence, wealth and impact.
Not by becoming someone new. By removing what has been obscuring who they already are. Because once a woman can see the pattern, she can stop living inside it.
And that’s when everything changes.
What I do
Most women think they’re stuck because they need more information.
I don’t believe that’s true.
The women I work with are intelligent, ambitious and deeply self-aware. They’ve invested in coaching, healing, personal development, business growth and leadership. They know what to do.
Yet they still find themselves circling the same ceiling.
The same hesitation. The same visibility blocks. The same self-doubt. The same internal negotiation. Not because they lack capability. Because they’re unconsciously recreating patterns they’ve mistaken for truth.
That’s where my work begins.
I help women identify the invisible patterns shaping their reality. The subconscious loops. The energetic habits. The inherited beliefs. The identities they’ve already outgrown. The stories repeated so often they now feel like facts.
Because every level of visibility, wealth, leadership and impact a woman experiences is influenced by what she unconsciously believes is available to her.
Most people focus on changing behaviour.
I focus on revealing the architecture creating the behaviour.
Because once a pattern becomes visible, it loses its power. And once it loses its power, new opportunities, decisions and realities become available.
Through intuitive insight, subconscious work, energetic awareness, nervous system regulation and identity expansion, I help women stop recreating the old so they can become available for what’s next.
Not by becoming someone new. By removing the interference between who they are today and the woman they’re here to become. The next level isn’t created when you learn something new. It becomes available when you stop unconsciously recreating the old.

They want to stop overthinking decisions they’ve already made. They want to trust themselves before evidence arrives. They want to stop recreating the same reality and become available for the opportunities, visibility and impact they know they’re here for.
